Shipping and Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery via courier directly to your home or office. Delivery and tracking details will be provided to you at checkout.

We currently deliver door-to-door to most postcodes in South Africa. All information and associated costs will be provided to you at checkout once your delivery address has been captured.

Collections are available via appointment only. Select “Collect at Store” option at checkout and choose a time slot. We are based in Westville, Durban.

Collection times are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 15:00. For collections that need to be done urgently, please contact us via email.

Shipping costs vary according to weight of your parcel and the area it is delivered to. Shipping estimates are provided below to help you shop. For the most accurate delivery information, please check your Estimated Delivery or Collection Date at checkout.

Yes, you can choose a date using the calendar provided. The date you choose will be the day your order is dispatched.

Please ensure the date you select is prior to when you wish to receive your order. Refer to the table above for shipping times according to your location. Example: If your parcel is being delivered to Johannesburg, you would choose a date that is 2 days prior to the day you anticipate receiving your parcel.

Unfortunately, your order cannot be dispatched on a public holiday. If your order has been placed on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day and dispatched accordingly.

Yes. Please ensure that you, or someone you trust, is available upon delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer, or if there is no one available to accept the delivery.

Please note that if the recipient is unable to accept the delivery, we will endeavour to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour/co-worker. We cannot accept responsibility for how the cookies are handled during this time. We are unable to re-deliver as it is a freshly made product.

If you have any additional information or special requests e.g. “Leave with security at front desk”, you can provide this information at checkout.

For gated estates, the courier company will endeavor to deliver your parcel to your door. In the event that the courier is not granted access to complete the delivery we are unable to re-deliver as it is a freshly made product.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the accurate delivery address and contact details. If you need to update it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible once your order has been placed. Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to your delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

We are only able to courier cookies. Some of our items are considered too fragile for courier and as such are only available for collection directly from us (via appointment). Please select collection time slot at checkout.
